Return Policy

We would like to inform you that we do not accept returns for products that have been ordered. This includes products made to customer specifications. Orders cannot be returned once the customer has approved the design and the order has entered the production process.

If you have any issues with the received product, please contact us within 7 days for assistance. However, we cannot accept return requests if more than this time has passed or if the error occurred due to the customer’s decisions during the ordering process.
