We recommend submitting your artwork in PSD, PDF, or AI format at 300dpi with outlined text when possible.

– Avoid very thin lines or small text under 6pt as they may not embroider clearly.

– Bold shapes and clean outlines work best for sharp and accurate stitching.

– If your patch has a border, leave at least 2–3mm of safe spacing for clean finishing.

– You can use up to 9 thread colors in one design for clarity and production efficiency.

Packlove embroidered patches can be applied in three different ways depending on your product and production process: sewing, heat pressing, or velcro.

Option 1: Sew-on Application

– Position the patch where you want it on your garment.

– Sew around the edge using a sewing machine or by hand depending on your product.

– This gives a clean and secure hold that works well for heavy-use items.

Option 2: Heat Press Application

– Place the patch on your garment with the glue side down.

– Secure it with thermal tape to keep it in place.

– Flip the garment so the patch faces the bottom plate of your heat press.

– Cover the inside area with a heat-resistant sheet.

– Set your press to 302°F or 150°C, press firmly for 15 seconds at around 40 PSI.

– Let the garment cool for 30 seconds, then press a second time with the same settings to reinforce the bond.

– Allow to cool completely before removing the tape.

Option 3: Velcro Backing

– Attach the patch to your product by aligning both velcro sides securely.

– For best results, sew or reinforce the hook side to prevent peeling.

– Ideal for uniforms, teamwear, and removable branding on gear.

To maintain the durability and appearance of your rubber label, please follow these care guidelines:

– Washing: Turn the garment inside out. Use cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, strong chemicals, or fabric softeners, which may weaken the adhesive or surface texture.

– Drying: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on the label. High heat may warp or lift the label over time.
