Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are highly recommended for clean, sharp printing

For raster files (JPG, PNG, PSD), ensure they are at least 300 DPI at actual size

Clearly mark trim lines, bleed areas, and key content zones

Avoid placing text too close to the edge, especially around drill holes or shaped edges

Using special finishes (foil, embossing, etc.), please include layers or notes in your file

Store hangtags in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity

Avoid placing heavy objects on top — pressure may cause creasing or edge curling

Keep tags flat and stacked evenly to preserve shape and finish
