If your Poly Mailers arrive with any defects — such as print errors, wrong sizes, or sealing issues — please contact us within 10 days of delivery via phone, email, or live chat.
We may request photos to confirm the issue before reprinting. Returns are not required unless otherwise confirmed by our team.
As always, you’ll receive a final design proof for approval before we begin production.

Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are preferred for sharp and accurate printing.

For raster files (JPG, PNG, PSD), use at least 300 DPI at actual print size.

Avoid gradients or overly fine lines — bold, high-contrast designs work best on plastic.

We’ll send a final digital mockup for approval before production begins.

Store mailers in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve material quality and print clarity.

Avoid placing heavy objects on top to prevent creasing or deformation.

Do not machine wash or expose to heat sources.

For long-term storage, lay flat and avoid folding along the seal strip.
