We may request a photo to verify the issue before reprinting — no returns needed unless confirmed.

Every order includes a final proof for approval before production to ensure accuracy.

For Paper Surfaces Only

Custom Rocker Stamps are designed for use on paper-based materials such as kraft bags, hangtags, wrapping paper, and cardboard. Avoid using on fabric, plastic, or coated surfaces.

How to Use

– Pour ink into the included ink pad tray.

– Spread the ink evenly across the pad surface.

– Firmly press the stamp onto the ink pad to ensure full ink coverage.

– Stamp onto a flat, even surface with steady pressure.

– Lift the stamp straight up to reveal a clean, crisp print.

Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are highly recommended for the best engraving accuracy.

Black-and-white artwork only – your design will be laser-engraved, so avoid gradients or color.

If submitting raster files (JPG, PNG), ensure they are at least 300 DPI and in solid black.

Do not exceed 6 inches in size – larger designs may result in uneven ink coverage and loss of detail.

Avoid thin lines under 1pt – bold, clear designs deliver the best stamping results.

Close the ink pad tightly when not in use to prevent drying.

If the ink dries out, simply refill the pad with the same ink color and continue using as normal.

Use only one ink color per pad to maintain clarity and consistency.

If switching to a different ink color, thoroughly clean the stamp surface before re-inking to avoid color mixing or smudging.

Store the stamp and ink pad in a cool, dry place when not in use.
