Packlove rubber labels can be attached in 2 ways depending on your garment type and production process: sewing, or heat pressing.

Option 1: Sew-in Application

– Place the label on your garment in the exact position you want.

–  Sew around the edges with steady stitching to keep the label secure and aligned.

– This method offers strong, permanent attachment and works well with structured garments like bags, jackets, or caps.

Option 2: Heat Press Application

– Turn the garment inside out and place the rubber label in position from the back side of the fabric.

– Cover the inside area with a heat-resistant sheet to protect both label and fabric.

– Set your press to 302°F or 150°C and press firmly for 15 seconds at 40 PSI.

– Let it cool for a few seconds, then press a second time with the same settings for a stronger bond.

– Do not press directly onto the rubber surface from the front, as heat may deform the molded texture.

Allow the label to cool completely before use.

We will need the artwork file in PSD, PDF, or AI format at 300dpi.

For rubber labels, avoid thin lines and text smaller than 6pt, as they may not mold clearly.

Bold shapes and solid color areas give the best results. Avoid gradients or soft shadows, which cannot be molded cleanly.

Leave at least 2–3mm from the edge for important details. We recommend using up to 6–8 solid colors for accuracy and smooth production.

To maintain the durability and appearance of your rubber label, please follow these care guidelines:

– Washing: Turn the garment inside out. Use cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, strong chemicals, or fabric softeners, which may weaken the adhesive or surface texture.

– Drying: Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on the label. High heat may warp or lift the label over time.
