If your Zipper Bags arrive with any printing errors, size issues, or material defects, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order via phone, email, or live chat.

We may request photos to verify the issue before reprinting. No returns are required unless confirmed by our team.

We always send a final design proof before production to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are preferred for sharp and accurate printing.

For raster files (JPG, PNG, PSD), use at least 300 DPI at actual print size.

Avoid gradients or overly fine lines — bold, high-contrast designs work best on plastic.

We’ll send a final digital mockup for approval before production begins.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to maintain clarity and print quality.

Do not stack bags with zip-lock areas overlapping — pressure on the lock can cause creases or permanent dents.

Avoid high heat or machine washing.

Bags are reusable — wipe gently with a dry cloth if needed.
