For best results and a secure, long-lasting finish, follow these steps:
1. Position the design
Place the design on the garment with the design facing up, aligned exactly where you want it.

2. Cover with a Protective Sheet
Use a heat-resistant sheet to protect the label and prevent direct contact with the heat press.

3. Set Your Heat Press
Temperature: 302°F / 150°C
Time: 15 seconds
Pressure: Firm (approx. 40 PSI)

4 Allow to Cool Completely
After pressing, let the label cool fully before handling or peeling.

5. Peel the Carrier Film
Once cooled, gently peel off the clear carrier film to reveal the finished label.

This method works with most heat press machines, including compact and handheld models, as long as they reach the required temperature and pressure.

To get the best results, please send your artwork in PSD or PDF format at 300dpi.
- Avoid very thin lines or small text (under 5pt) to maintain readability after transfer.
- Make sure lines are at least 0.3mm thick for a crisp print.

To maintain the durability and softness of your heat transfer labels, please follow these care guidelines:
– Washing: Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use cold or lukewarm water with a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals, as they may affect the adhesive or printed surface
– Drying: Air dry the garment or use a low heat setting in the dryer. Do not iron directly over the label, and avoid high heat as it may weaken the bond or cause distortion
