Highdensity Metallic is a heat transfer built on a 0.5mm raised high-density PU base with a brushed metallic finish on top. The raised base gives your design a bold 3D effect you can see and feel, while the metallic surface catches light for a premium, real-metal look. Each design is produced in one single metallic color only. Your artwork will be converted into a one-color design in your chosen finish (Silver, Gold, or Bronze).

Gradients, color blends, shading, and photographic images are not supported.

The PU base is 0.5mm high. This gives a clear, sculpted 3D effect with sharp defined edges - noticeably raised from the fabric, but still flexible and comfortable to wear.

Yes. The brushed metallic surface reflects light and camera flash, so the design stands out both in person and on camera. This makes it a strong choice for product photography, campaign shots, and social content.

The MOQ for Highdensity Metallic is 30 pcs per design. Our low MOQ makes it easy to test new designs through small production runs before committing to larger quantities.

Each design has a minimum of 30 pcs. You can order multiple designs in the same order, but each design must meet the 30 pcs MOQ.

Each metallic color counts as a separate design - for example, the same logo in Silver and in Gold requires 30 pcs each.

Yes. Once you place your order and send your artwork, our team will prepare a digital mockup for your approval - including the metallic color, size, and final one-color artwork conversion.

Production only begins after you approve the mockup.

With our low MOQ of just 30 pcs per design, most customers test their designs through a small production run. For larger orders (from 1,000 pcs), samples can be provided with a sample development fee, which can be credited toward your bulk order once production is confirmed.

Yes, reordering is simple once your design is approved. We keep your production file (including your metallic color selection and cut file) so future orders can be produced quickly with consistent results.

Yes. All lines, strokes, and details must be at least 2mm thick. Anything thinner cannot be cut cleanly and may break or lift during application. This applies to outlines, thin letters, and small separated elements.

• Minimum line thickness 2mm

• Bold shapes, solid text, emblems, and badges work best

• Very fine details, thin outlines, and tiny separated elements are not recommended

• Temperature: 150-160°C (300-320°F)

• Time: 10-15 seconds

• Pressure: Medium-firm

• Peel: Cold peel (let the film cool completely before peeling)

Yes, Highdensity Metallic is very durable. The metallic finish is bonded to the PU base, so it will not flake off, and the raised structure holds its shape.

Care instructions:

• Wash inside out in cold water

• Do not bleach

• Do not iron directly on the transfer

• Tumble dry low or hang dry

With proper care, Highdensity Metallic withstands 40+ washes while keeping its shine and raised effect.
