• Place the label on the garment with the adhesive side facing down.

• Cover the label with a heat-resistant sheet to protect both label and fabric.

• Set your press to 302°F or 150°C and apply firm pressure at around 40 PSI for 15 seconds.

• Allow the label to cool down completely to ensure the adhesive bonds securely.

• Once cooled, gently check the edges to confirm a strong and lasting hold.

This method works with most heat press machines including handheld and compact models.

To get the best results, please send your artwork in PSD or PDF format at 300dpi.

Since woven labels are created with threads (not ink), we recommend the following for clean, readable results:

– Avoid very thin lines or tiny text (smaller than 6pt), as they may not appear clearly.

– Bold shapes and solid elements work best.

– If your label will be folded or cut, keep important details at least 2–3mm away from the edge.

– Use up to 8 thread colors to ensure clarity and production efficiency.

To maintain the durability and appearance of your woven label, please follow these care guidelines:

– Washing: Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use cold or lukewarm water with a gentle cycle and mild detergent. – Drying: Air dry the garment or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid high heat settings, which may cause the label to shrink or loosen over time.
